Is Natural Imperial Body Butter made from harmful ingredients?
Our company only use all natural and organic ingredients. We take pride in using only therapeutic grade essential oils in our product vs fragrance oils which are not 100% natural.

How long can you use the product after opening?
Our products have a 6-month shelf life after opening.
What type of payment method does Natural Imperial Essentials accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal.
How can I update or cancel my order?
All orders are Final
My shipping address is incorrect. What do I do?

Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted? Why am I getting an error when placing an order?
This is usually caused by mismatch payment information. Please check the credit card number, CVV, name on the card and expiry date. If there is still an error, please contact us to get assistance placing an order.
Does Natural Imperial Essentials have gift cards?
No, we currently do not offer gift cards.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 3 days to process the order.
Orders are shipped out every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
I never received a confirmation email. Where can I see my order details?
You should receive an email confirmation after successfully placing an order. Please check your spam mail and make sure you add Support@naturalimperialessentials.com to your mailing list. If you want another email copy of your order confirmation just contact us and we will be more than
happy to resend it.
My butter melted in transit, now what?
It is possible for some products to melt while in transit especially during summer months or in hot climates. If your package is left outside for a long time, there is a possibility that the products will melt. In most cases, you can simply put the melted product in the fridge and let it solidify. If you notice that the product is not the same consistency, it is okay and PLEASE do not through it away. The ingredients and benefits are all still the same.
